DESCRIPTION:This year is not just any Rally Day. It is the beginning of our hundredth year in this building\, and we are ready to celebrate with joy\, gratitude\, and plenty of barbecue. \n\nA blessing of the backpacks for kids\, youth\, and educators as a new school year begins\, and a joyful kickoff to Sunday School. Bring them forward and let’s send them off surrounded by prayer and love.\nSpecial music to lift our hearts and honor the generations who have worshiped here before us.\nA message reminding us to pause and mark God’s goodness in our lives and in our church’s story. Communities stay strong when we stop to remember what has carried us this far.\nEveryone will receive our centennial challenge: 100 Acts of Love.It is a call for us to take part in one hundred simple\, bold\, and beautiful ways to live out love this year.\nA barbecue potluck in our backyard after worship. Think ribs\, brisket\, potato salad\, and pie as far as the eye can see. Let us know what you’re bringing at this signup sheet.\nSignups! Signups! Signups!  This year is full of opportunities: join the care team\, the facilities team\, or the tech team. Sign up to be a scripture reader\, greeter\, or even the all-important coffee-putter-onner.\n\nCome celebrate with us at Rally Day as we launch our centennial year in worship\, music\, blessing\, and barbecue.
